We feel we have come up with the perfect formula for living an inspired and balanced daily life.<BR><BR>Each day we will experience practices from the Kriya Siddha yoga of the Tamil Siddha’s and listen to daily talks from the ancient&nbsp; Upanishadic wisdom which answer the question; What is Self? <BR><BR>Atma Gnanam Self-Knowledge is the yoga of tomorrow. Understanding yourself and enjoying yourself is much more than a goal to attain. it's the nature of Life itself and Yoga is the perfect reminder!<BR><BR>Our daily classes&nbsp; include creative vinyasa yoga, pranayama, mantra, mudra ,yantra, lectures on Gyan Yoga ( self knowledge) and Ayurveda plus you will learn a&nbsp; sequence which you can use in your daily life. Prior to her initial yoga education Rachel trained as a professional dancer and choreographer in the USA and in Australia. Discovering yoga she originally trained in the Iyengar and Ashtanga methods and first began teaching in her role as Head of Dance at the Northern Rivers Conservatorium where she introduced yoga to the curriculum. Travelling in India in 2004 he began studying Advaita Vedanta. Traditional without being a traditionalist John teaches both Hatha Yoga and Gnana Yoga the yoga of self-knowledge, believing both&nbsp;are&nbsp;the tools we need for everyday life. Feeling that commercial yoga is complicating something simple John‘s teaching culminates in a set sequence of exercise suitable as a home practice for daily life.
